Biography
Franklin R Kessler was born on 11 August 1853.1 He married Annie Mary Mummert about 1873. He married Lucinda Shearer about 1879.1 On 4 January 1901 Franklin R Kessler was a trustee of St. Paul's (Dubs) Union Church, when the Church purchased an additional two acres of land for $300.2 He died on 27 February 1926 at age 72.1 He was buried after 27 February 1926 at St. Paul's (Dubs) Church Cemetery in Manheim Township, York County, Pennsylvania.1
