Aquila Scott, son of Daniel Scott Jr and Elizabeth Whitaker,, was born on 18 November 1724.1,2 Aquila Scott was the son of Daniel Scott Jr and Elizabeth Whitaker.1 Aquila Scott married Elizabeth Potee on 13 October 1743.1,3,2 Aquila Scott executed a land record to lease "Scots Spot" in 1750 at Baltimore County, Maryland.4 He executed a land record owned 400 acre portion of Bell's Camp, 256 acres known as Scott's Hopewell, 180 acres known as Scott's Range, 100 acres known as Trust, and 75 acres known as Addition to Trust in 1750.1 He executed a land record to lease "Scots Addition" in 1752 at Baltimore County, Maryland.4 He was witnessed the will of Jacob Bull on 22 November 1756.5 He was named an executor in the will of Elizabeth Whitaker, his mother, which also named him guardian of his sister Elizabeth, dated 2 May 1758 at Baltimore County, Maryland.5 Aquila Scott died before 7 March 1760.1
