     Antil Deaver, son of John Deaver and Hannah (?),, was born circa 1689.¹ Antil Deaver was the son of John Deaver and Hannah (?).¹ Antil Deaver married Sarah (?) circa 1709. On 8 August 1728 Antil Deaver purchased land consisting of 275 acres, being 1/2 of "Parker's Chance" from John Moale, atty., for Jonathan Forwood of London, England at Baltimore County, Maryland.² On 5 June 1734 Antil Deaver and Sarah (?) conveyed land consisting of 275 acres, being 1/2 of "Parker's Chance" to Nathan Rigbie at Baltimore County, Maryland.³ Antil Deaver died before 6 December 1770.¹

     Hannah Deaver, daughter of Antil Deaver and Sarah (?),, was born on 27 May 1720.^1,2 Hannah Deaver was the daughter of Antil Deaver and Sarah (?).¹ Hannah Deaver was mentioned in the probate of the estate of John McComas dated 24 June 1740.³ As of 27 July 1742,her married name was McComas.^1,4 Hannah Deaver married William McComas, son of John McComas and Ann Delap, on 27 July 1742 at Maryland.^1,2,5,4,6 On 27 February 1746 Hannah Deaver and William McComas conveyed land consisting of a 49 acre portion of "Come By Chance" and a 32 acre portion of "Whitacre's Enlargement" (which his father had purchased from Abraham Whitacre) to Col. John Hall, Jacob Giles, and Isaac Webster, assignees of Col. Thomas White at Baltimore County, Maryland.⁷ On 19 May 1746 Hannah Deaver and William McComas conveyed land consisting of a 49 acre portion of "Come By Chance" and a 32 acre portion of "Whitacre's Enlargement" to Col. John Hall, Jacob Giles, and Isaac Webster, assignees of Col. Thomas White at Baltimore County, Maryland.⁷ Hannah Deaver died between 1763 and 1766.⁴

     John Deaver, son of Thomas Deaver and Deborah Hartley,, was born on 25 October 1735.¹ John Deaver was the son of Thomas Deaver and Deborah Hartley.^1,2 As of 1747, John Deaver was also known as McComas.¹ On 20 March 1757 John Deaver conveyed land to Alexander McComas consisting of 32 acres being part of three tracts of land called Strawberry Hills, Turkey Hills, and Deaver's Addition, for 15 pounds of common money. The land was located on the east side of James Run on the head of the Bush River. John Deaver had gotten the land from his father, Thomas Deaver, who purchased it from his gandfather, John Deaver.³ John Deaver was baptized on 21 August 1796.¹ He died in 1826.¹
