Joseph Presbury was born on 5 September 1758.1 On 10 September 1775, Joseph Presbury appeared on a list of Non-Associators and Non-Enrollers in Harford County as having paid 2 pounds.2 He was listed in the tax record of 1778 in Gunpowder Lower Hundred, Harford County, Maryland.3 In 1784, Joseph Presbury was appointed along with Lambert Wilmer as overseers of public roads from the lower ford on Winter's Run to the lower part of the Gunpowder neck, from the ford of the road to where William Doughtridge now lives, to Joppa, and from Joppa to Winter's Run in Harford County, Maryland.2

Thomas Burket McComas and Julia A Cummings had 15 children.2 He was born on 17 May 1811.1 In 1827 Thomas Burket McComas moved with his brother in Xenia, Greene County, Ohio.2 In 1827 Thomas Burket McComas was in the blacksmith trade with Samuel Harry in Xenia, Greene County, Ohio.2 About 1830 Thomas Burket McComas moved to in Waynesville, Warren County, Ohio.2 About 1830 Thomas Burket McComas was a journeyman blacksmith for a short time, then set up his own business in Waynesville, Warren County, Ohio.2 He married Julia A Cummings about 1831.2 He died on 27 December 1878 at age 67.2

Felix Jenkins was born on 11 October 1825 in Baltimore City, Maryland.1 He was educated in 1844 at St. Mary's College in Baltimore City, Maryland.1 He was educated in 1850 at Maryland University in Baltimore City, Maryland.1 In 1850 Felix Jenkins was a doctor (M.D.), and was for many years one of the most prominent practitioners in Baltimore.1 He married Ann Spalding Jenkins in May 1861.1 He died on 9 October 1909 at age 83.1
